주요 업무
입고, 적재, 피킹, 출고 등 창고 운영 전반 및 주문 처리 업무 수행
Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Temu, TikTok 등 마켓플레이스별 배송 기준에 맞춰 출고 현황 모니터링 및 분석
창고 파트타이머 인력의 근무 시간 관리
WMS(창고관리시스템) 및 IMS(재고관리시스템) 도입 및 운영 최적화를 위한 IT 및 물류팀과의 협업
일일 출고 목표(최대 5,000건) 달성을 위한 물류 프로세스 최적화
이커머스 팀과 협력하여 각 마켓플레이스에 맞춘 효율적인 주문 처리 방식 개선
창고 운영성과(KPI) 분석을 통한 생산성, 정확성, 비용 효율성 개선안 도출
물류센터 운영 전반에 걸친 안전 기준 및 법규 준수 관리

자격 요건
WMS, IMS, OMS 및 ShipStation 등 배송 프로그램 사용 경험
Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace 등 전자상거래 플랫폼에 대한 이해

With operations spanning multiple warehouses across the U.S. and daily shipping volumes of up to 20,000 units during peak seasons, Neo Chair is on a mission to scale efficiently while maintaining industry-leading shipping standards. We are now looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team and lead our logistics operations into the future.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute daily warehouse operations which mainly involves order management along with receiving, stocking, picking and shipping in timely manner.
• Track and analyze the shipments in order to ensure the company’s shipping standards for each marketplaces, Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Temu and Tiktok.
• Manage the time for warehouse temp labors.
• Collaborate with IT and other Warehouse & Distribution team to implement and to optimize WMS and IMS system.
• Ensuring the optimized shipping workflows to meet or exceed daily shipping quotas (up to 5,000 units during peak times at the location).
• Collaborate with eCommerce teams to optimize fulfillment processes for marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and others.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs, identifying areas for improvement in productivity, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements for warehouse operations.

Qualifications
• Experiences in any WMS, IMS, OMS and possibly Shipstation or any other shipping program.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace).
• Exceptional passion to grow with the company
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
